I'm disappointed I have to write this review as I've chased EasyLife for a response twice and none has been given. In short, I believe they could have saved us tens of thousands and their inaction meant that we saved no extra money at all by using them. We are down £500 on something we could have easily done themselves. If they did everything they could and this is the best outcome, then that's fine, but I'm not convinced they have as they have yet to reply to me.
Our initial experience with this firm when securing our first mortgage was excellent, but this recent remortgaging process has been entirely different.
We were left in the dark for weeks at a time. Emails regularly went completely unanswered, and agreed deadlines to reply to us were repeatedly missed, requiring constant chasing on our side.
As EasyLife failed to manage the communication timeline, a significantly lower interest rate offer from the lender was allowed to expire, and other options were not explored sufficiently.
As a direct result, we have been forced to remortgage on a much higher rate, wiping out potentially tens of thousands of pounds in long-term savings. To make matters worse, management has also ignored multiple private emails attempting to resolve this issue before posting this review.

I cannot recommend EasyLife Mortgage enough, especially Elena and Sotira who went above and beyond to help me complete my sale.
It was a very long and stressful journey, with constant back and forth between solicitors, the lender, and the management company, but Elena and Sotira were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Even with such short notice, they worked incredibly hard to speed everything up and made sure things kept moving forward.
